BOBIJOO offers on the Site of the sale of fashion jewellery and accessories (hereafter " Products ") and services incidental to such Products, to internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as " Customers ").

The Client is understood as a physical person, or having at least the legal capacity to contract and who is acting for purposes which do not fall within the framework of its commercial activity, industrial, artisanal or liberal.

For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Client and BOBIJOO will be referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a " Party."

Any order of a Product placed on the Site is subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

BOBIJOO reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions of sale by publishing a new version on the Site. The terms and conditions of sale applicable are those in force at the date of placing the order.

The present general conditions of sale have for object to define the rights and obligations of the Parties under the online sale of Products offered on the Site.

They frame the steps necessary for the execution order between the parties.

Article 2 : Products and availability

Products " means articles sold on the Site by BOBIJOO.

The Products offered on the Site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

The offers of Products are proposed subject to availability.

BOBIJOO will make its best efforts to update its inventory and, in case of unavailability of a Product, remove it from the Website. When a size of a Product is not available, the check box in the Product data sheet will not be selected.

BOBIJOO reserves in any case the right to withdraw at any time any Product of the Site and/or to replace or adapt or modify any content or information on the Product listed on the Site.

The Products remain the property of BOBIJOO until full payment of the price.

Article 3 : Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC) non-participation in the costs of shipping and handling. The invoice of the order will be available in your Customer account in the order history.

In the event of order towards a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the Products concerned.

For all the Products dispatched except European Union and DOM-TOM (overseas departments and territories of overseas), the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Of customs duties or other taxes local or right of importation or taxes of state are likely to be payable. These rights and sums do not concern the spring of BOBIJOO. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations as for payments to the authorities and qualified organizations of your country. We advise you to inform you about these aspects near your local authorities.

BOBIJOO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the Products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of validation of your order.

Article 4 : Order

The availability of Products is displayed on the Website, on each product page.

In the event that, subsequent to your order, a Product or a service becomes totally or partially unavailable due to default quality, out of stock..., BOBIJOO will inform you by email of the unavailability and will give you the opportunity to :

All orders placed on the Site requires the creation of a Customer Space. Access to your Customer account is conditioned to your identification using the email address you provided when creating your account as well as password, secret, personal and confidential that you have selected.

BOBIJOO cannot be held responsible for any action performed through or on your Customer account by a third party to whom you have provided your credentials or who had access to your password or your Customer Account due to a fault or a negligence you are responsible.

BOBIJOO reserves the right not to accept your order for any legitimate reason, including in cases where :

  • One of your previous orders would not have been fully paid at maturity,
  • A dispute concerning the payment of one of your previous orders is being processed,
  • Several elements serious and concordant would pose a suspicion of fraud on your order.
  • The documents can legally be requested to complete a large order, namely, to deliver us by email at : contact at a copy/scan of your id + invoice or the delivery address.

These emails are sent to the email address that you use to identify yourself in your Customer Area.

Article 5 : Payment

BOBIJOO lets you choose between 4 ways of payment for your order :

  • Payment by credit card (Sogecommerce - Société Générale)

For maximum safety, we chose to use Sogecommerce as secure payment solution. This system is developed by the Company in General. Security is via encryption technology TLS (Transport Layer Security), solution of the latest generation, which is currently the most reliable available for payments on the internet. The blue cards Visa, Visa Electron, E-carte bleue, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted as well as payment by the system Paylib.

Sogecommerce, the secure payment solution of the Société Générale group is certified PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). The PCI DSS standard is adopted by the network, Mastercard, and Visa to strengthen the safety relating to the use and storage of the data of the card holders. It is a global standard also supported by other networks such as American Express JCB and Diners.

3D Secure protocol : customer Identification.
To greatly reduce fraud on the internet, increase the trust in the payment by card and consolidate the dynamics of electronic commerce, the French banks, have agreed to adopt a new regulation on the credit card payments on the internet. This regulation is based on the protocol "3D Secure" developed by the 2 international networks of cards, Visa and Mastercard (name Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure code).

This protocol has been established on the payment platform Sogecommerce for several years. In the framework of this protocol, it is now up to the customer's bank to verify the identity of the bearer of this card when it settles on the platform of secure payment Sogecommerce. Article 6 : Delivery

To cause to be delivered, the User has the free choice between home delivery, delivery at the place of work or at any other address stipulated in the order (the delivery address).

The command is sent to The Post office within 24 hours (working days), except in cases of force majeure that could delay its filing.

Attention, all orders placed after Friday 13: 00 will not be sent until Monday of the following week. If a delay is likely to intervene in the delivery, BOBIJOO undertakes to notify the User more quickly. If your items have been dispatched, we cannot stop the delivery process, but you can return any product that you do not wish to keep. Please refer to the following Article (Article 7) of these general conditions of sale.

Article 7 : Right of withdrawal : Warranty 30 days satisfied or refunded

In addition to the legal period of withdrawal of 14 days, BOBIJOO also offers the consumer a guarantee of repayment extending over the next 16 days.

All of the Products delivered may be subject to a refund, except for those excluded by the act in article L 121-21-8 Code of the Consumption and bearing an indication in this sense, for example the Products which have been subject to customization at the request of the User (engraving), as well as Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene (piercing, etc...).

The Products must be in good condition, complete, packed in the original packaging. The User has a period of 15 days from the receipt of the last package of your order to notify its decision of withdrawal to the following address : contact at

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the User may use the form type of withdrawal you want to download by clicking here or to make any statement devoid of ambiguity on his attention to return the product.

The User then has to return an article of his order, to 15 days from the mailing of the notification of withdrawal (or total of thirty (30) days maximum from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the last section of his order).

If the User has not notified its decision ANGELYK nevertheless agreed to take back his product if it is returned within 30 days from the delivery.

During this time, the User may return the Products without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalty.

The User can return the Product by Post to The address ANGELYK - SAV - ZAE Emile Carles, 1 impasse de Bel Air 34230 SAINT-PARGOIRE. The cost of return via The Post office are the responsibility of the User (with the exception of a defective Product upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product).

BOBIJOO undertakes to reimburse to the User who has exercised his right of withdrawal the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the receipt of the proof of the shipment of the returned product or of the receipt of the product by BOBIJOO (the first of these two dates is the earlier). The proof of sending to send us are : receipts, stamped and dated to the post office, the filing of parcel tracking.

BOBIJOO will reimburse the Customer for the returned Products, subject to compliance with the above mentioned conditions, as well as free standard delivery "to go" to the latter if the User returns the entire order.

If the User does not return the whole of his command, and retains one or more Products ordered, the amount of the shipping costs " go " will be retained by BOBIJOO.

For a reminder, returns by Mail are the responsibility of the User.

The refund will be made via the payment method of the returned order.

Conversely, BOBIJOO respects the intellectual property of others.
