Our Lady or Virgin of Guadalupe (in Spanish "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe" engraved on the tower of the medal) is the name given to the Virgin Mary in her apparition to an indigenous Mexican in 1531.
Guadalupe mean in the aztec language the one who crushes the serpent.
This jewel of oval shape is made of stainless steel gilded with fine gold (gold plated, 2 microns), the small rhinestones are set all-around medal.
The medal measures 30mm x 22mm (excluding bow).
The chain visible in the photos is available with the pendant (length 55cm).
