In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the customer benefits from a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order.
In addition to this legal right, BOBIJOO offers a commercial extension of the return period, allowing products to be returned up to thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the last item of the order.
Products eligible for return
All delivered products may be refunded, except for those excluded by law, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, in particular:
- customised or made-to-order products (engraving, personalised items),
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery (e.g. piercings).
Return conditions
- products must be in perfect condition, unused and undamaged,
- products must be complete (accessories, instructions, certificates, if applicable),
- products must be returned in their original packaging.
Withdrawal notification
The customer may notify their decision to withdraw:
- via the contact form available on the website,
- or by any clear and unambiguous statement expressing the intention to return the product (including the standard withdrawal form).
Notification must be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the last item of the order.
In the absence of prior notification, ANGELYK will nevertheless accept the return provided that the product is shipped within this same thirty (30) day period.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- defective product upon receipt,
- dispatch or preparation error attributable to BOBIJOO.
Refund
BOBIJOO undertakes to refund the customer within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from:
- receipt of the returned products, or
- receipt of proof of shipment of the returned products (whichever occurs first).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
If the entire order is returned, standard outbound shipping costs will also be refunded.
In the event of a partial return, the original delivery costs remain payable by the customer.
This thirty (30) day commercial return policy does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal provided by consumer law.
