When placing an order, the customer may freely choose the delivery address: home address, workplace, pickup point or any other address specified during checkout.
Orders are prepared and handed over to delivery services within a maximum of 24 business hours, except in cases of force majeure that may delay dispatch.
Any order placed after Friday at 11:00 a.m. will be dispatched from the following Monday. In the event of a foreseeable delivery delay, BOBIJOO undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
In the event of a prolonged delay, the customer is invited to contact BOBIJOO customer service using the phone number provided in the order confirmation email. An investigation may then be opened with the delivery services, noting that such procedures may require additional processing time.

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco
For all orders shipped to mainland France, Corsica or Monaco, delivery is free, regardless of the order amount.
For orders under €59, delivery is made via tracked letter, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 72 hours. Additional delivery options (Colissimo relay, Colissimo home delivery or Chronopost 24h) are available at extra cost.
From €59 of purchase, delivery via Colissimo relay, with signature upon delivery, is offered, with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours.
From €89 of purchase, delivery via Colissimo home delivery, with signature upon delivery, is offered, with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours.
As an option, express delivery via Chronopost, with signature upon delivery, is available with an estimated delivery time of 24 hours (for orders placed before 11:00 a.m., excluding weekends and public holidays).
Overseas France, European Union and rest of the world
For orders shipped to overseas France, the European Union or the rest of the world, delivery is charged at €4.90 for orders under €59.
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 4 business days within the European Union and 5 to 6 business days for the rest of the world.
From €59 of purchase, delivery is free.
An express delivery option, with signature upon delivery, is also available at extra cost, with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours (for orders placed before 11:00 a.m., excluding weekends and public holidays).
Prices, VAT and exchange rates
For orders shipped to certain countries, prices displayed in euros may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate in accordance with current regulations and, where applicable, on exchange rates when the local currency is not the euro.
The final amount applicable to the order is clearly indicated before final confirmation.
