Delivery

To have your order delivered, you are free to choose between home delivery, delivery to your place of work, delivery to a relay point or to any other address of your choice stipulated when you placed your order (your delivery address).

The order is sent to La Poste within 24 hours (working days), except in the case of force majeure which would delay delivery.

Please note that any order placed after Friday 11:00 am will not be sent until Monday of the following week. If there is likely to be a delay in delivery, BOBIJOO undertakes to notify the Internet User as soon as possible. In the event of a prolonged delay in delivery, the Internet User is invited to notify BOBIJOO Customer Services as soon as possible using the telephone number indicated in the order confirmation e-mail. BOBIJOO will then contact the postal services in order to open an investigation, it being specified that the time taken for a postal investigation may be long.

Delivery times and costs

• Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco:

For all orders sent to Metropolitan France, Corsica or Monaco, delivery is free, whatever the value of your order.

If the value of your order is less than €59 we offer delivery by recorded delivery, with a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours. You can choose delivery by colissimo relais, colissimo domicile or chronopost 24h for an additional charge.

Forpurchases over €59, we offer delivery by colissimo relais (hand-delivered against signature), with a 48-hour delivery time.

From 89 € purchase we offer you the delivery in colissimo home (given against signature), 48-hour delivery.

In addition, you can choose express delivery with Chronopost (delivery against signature), delivery time 24 hours.(if ordered before 11am, excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Worldwide and overseas France (territories of the French Republic outside mainland Europe) :

If the value of your order is less than €59, you will be charged €4.90 for delivery.Delivery time: 3 to 4 days for the European Union (recorded delivery), 5 to 6 days for the rest of the world.

For ordersover €59, delivery is free.

In addition, you can choose express delivery (delivery against signature), estimated delivery time 48 hours.(if ordered before 11am, excluding weekends and public holidays).
